How to File a Claim

  1. Notify the manager.
  2. Take photos of any damage to your items and the storage unit. Please take photos of the source of damage if possible. DO NOT throw anything away until you speak with a claims specialist.

  4. For claims involving crime, have a police officer visit the unit and file a police report.

This plan protects against risks like burglary, vandalism, fire, lightning, wind, hail, water damage (excluding floods), and more, with coverage options up to $15,000. To ensure maximum protection and avoid a $200 deductible, we require the use of a disc or cylinder lock. Adding Tenant Protection is easy—select it when renting your unit or add it to an existing rental through your online account. In the event of a claim, simply notify our manager, document the damage with photos, and file your claim online or call 833-682-8879 for assistance, ensuring a smooth process to protect your valuables.
